- 200g paneer (cubed)
- 3 tomatoes (pureed)

- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp butter
- Spices: turmeric, chilli, coriander, garam masala
- Kasuri methi
- Cream
- Salt

Step-by-step
Step 1 — Prepare cashew paste
Blend soaked cashews into a creamy paste.
Step 2 — Cook onion base
Sauté onion in butter-oil mix until soft.
Step 3 — Add tomato gravy
Add tomato puree & spices. Cook until oil separates.
Step 4 — Add paneer
Mix in paneer cubes, salt and cashew paste.
Step 5 — Finish
Add cream, kasuri methi and simmer.
Tips & Variations
- Use ripe tomatoes for natural sweetness.
- Do not boil after adding cream — it may split.
- Add honey for sweetness if preferred.
