Step-by-step

Cashew paste
Step 1 — Prepare cashew paste

Blend soaked cashews into a creamy paste.

Onion frying
Step 2 — Cook onion base

Sauté onion in butter-oil mix until soft.

Tomato masala
Step 3 — Add tomato gravy

Add tomato puree & spices. Cook until oil separates.

Paneer curry
Step 4 — Add paneer

Mix in paneer cubes, salt and cashew paste.

Cream finishing
Step 5 — Finish

Add cream, kasuri methi and simmer.

Tips & Variations

  • Use ripe tomatoes for natural sweetness.
  • Do not boil after adding cream — it may split.
  • Add honey for sweetness if preferred.
